When working with costing allocations, setting an end date to the allocation is a necessary manual step. With a boomerang integration, the step can happen automatically in the background.
For Change Job, when there is a position change, the allocations on the previous position should be ended as of Change Job Effective Date minus 1 day, since the new allocations on the new position start on the Change Job Effective Date.
For Termination, the allocations should be ended as of the Termination Effective Date.
In both cases, the boomerang integration pulls out the effective date of the business process and sends back as a Costing Allocation End Date.
